guide to levelling from 0-20?
Hi guys,
I have tried searching for this but couldn't find much. I'm looking for a guide to the quickest way to reach level 20 in any of the campaigns, preferably factions as I am often creating new chars and want to get them to level 20 as quick as possible. I'm looking for the guide to tell you what quests and missions to do at what level and what mosters to kill to get EXP ect on the starter islands. Does anyone know if a guide like this exists? thanks alot |

At the absolute minimum, just do primary quests and missions. That way you can learn how to run your toon.

My strategy:
Always when I start new character in prophecies (rarely these days) I do first missions to Borlis Pass, or lvl until I'm lvl9-10. Then I run myself to Sanctum, do Elona, Thirsty, Dunes. Then I ascend, and usually you are then lvl20. Just got lvl20 with my war, age shows 9 hours. |

I just run myself and open the desert then go back and do all the missions, bonus and primary quests.
In Factions you pretty much don't even have to worry about it. You'll be 20 in no time. Nightfall, just follow the storyline. |

If you want to learn how to use your character the right way, go through Prophecies and follow the storyline, like Ryker said.
If you want to level fast as possible and be a lvl 20 that's as useless as tits on a bull.....level up on Shing Jea. Nightfall is between the two, but still kinda fast. If you want heroes to customize, you gotta start there. For your first character, take your time, and learn how different skills/spells have synergy, as well as how to chain them for the best effect. Learn to judge how different AI perform, and how to select targets for the greatest advantage. This will add to your enjoyment of the game down the road. You will be able to relax and play the game with skill when others are going, "Fsck! Why can't I get through this! Can someone run me?" |
